Julie B. Hrycko, 70, of Breinigsville, died on Oct. 6, 2016, in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township.

She and her husband Andrew Hrycko were married 42 years last November.

Born in Detroit, Mich., she was a daughter of Julia (Fleetwood) Holman of Allentown and the late George Holman.

A graduate of the Allentown Business School, she was a legal secretary at Lehigh County Courthouse for many years and later worked for various law firms around the Lehigh Valley.

She was a member of First Presbyterian Church, Allentown.

She courageously fought multiple sclerosis, a debilitating disease, for 40 years.

In addition to her husband and mother, she is survived by a daughter, Amy J., wife of the Rev. John Culbertson of Shippensburg; sisters Marcia Holman and husband, Jim Kauffman, of Doylestown, and Georgia, wife of Edward Shubert of Ringoes, N.J.; grandchildren, Joram C. and Aaron C., and a niece Amanda Kauffman.

Her memorial service will be 11:30 a.m. on Oct. 13 at First Presbyterian Church, 3231 Tilghman St., Allentown, with the Rev. Mike Drake officiating.

Visitation will be 10:30-11:30 a.m. in the chapel. Interment will be private.
