SEPT. 23
The department reported a harassment investigation that occurred in the 100 block of Walnut Street is continuing.
A protection-from-abuse order was requested in the 100 block of Walnut Street from Northampton County.
SEPT. 24
Police checked on the welfare of a female in the 100 block of Bridge Street.
A reckless driver was reported in the 700 block of Faith Drive. The witness declined prosecution.
A domestic offense against a family report was filed with the department, 118 Bridge St.
On Howertown Road, a juvenile on a go-kart was cited.
A 24-year-old, of Catasauqua, was cited for household pets running at large on Railroad Street.
Police responded to a report of a wanted person at Catasauqua Park & Playground, 501 American St. The suspect fled on foot.
SEPT. 25
On Stonewood Place, a loud party was reported to police. Upon arrival, the crowd dispersed.
A baby squirrel was found in the 600 block of Pine Street and issue was reported to police.
In the 900 block of Church Street, police assisted in a report of a lost wallet.
A cat was found in the 700 block of Crane Street.
SEPT. 26
On Fourth Street, a boyfriend/ex-girlfriend dispute occurred, police said.
On Howertown Road, a vehicle was towed for a suspended registration.
At Hutterer’s Barber Shop, 125 Bridge St., a tire was damaged. Officers responded to the criminal mischief report.
In the 200 block of Circle Drive, a paint sprayer was stolen.
A hit-and-run motor vehicle accident occurred at Catty Mart, 547 Front St. Two vehicles were involved.
In the 400 block of Second Street, found luggage was returned to the owner.
At Catasauqua Middle School, 850 Pine St., glasses were reported stolen.
A missing juvenile was located on Covington Place, the department said.
SEPT. 27
In the 200 block of Second Street, juveniles were asked to leave the area.
Police responded to an animal complaint in the 400 block of Crane Street. A dog was attacked by another dog.
SEPT. 28
A 75-year-old male, of Tamaqua, was arrested for a stop sign violation and DUI offense on Bridge Street.
Officers assisted state police for a motor vehicle accident at Cambridge Day School, 325 Lehigh St.
A package was reported stolen in the 600 block of Poplar Street.
At the department, 118 Bridge St., officers sought information regarding a bad check investigation.
At the department, 118 Bridge St., police assisted Allentown police with information.
SEPT. 29
A vehicle in the roadway on Peach Street was towed. The owner was located.
An issue between an aunt and a niece brought police to the 200 block of Second Street to investigate. Both persons were charged.
On Milton Street, a vehicle was towed for a registration violation.

A fraud investigation is continuing at the department, 118 Bridge St.
At Innovative Arts Academy Charter School, 330 Howertown Road, a juvenile was suspended for alleged marijuana intoxication.
Police are continuing a fraud investigation that occurred at Whittier Place Apartments, 895 Walnut St.
One vehicle was involved in a reportable motor vehicle accident around the area of Cambridge Day School, 325 Lehigh St., police said.
In the 500 block of Third Street, a problem with another tenant caused police to investigate the harassment report.
Police responded to an animal complaint on Wood Street. A small dachshund was found and placed in a kennel.
In the 200 block of Edward Lane, two dogs at large were reported to police. They were returned to the owner, who was cited again.
A 35-year-old male, of Allentown, was arrested for a home invasion and armed robbery in the 100 block of Church Street. The investigation is continuing, police said.
OCT. 1
A problem with garbage on Front Street was reported to police.
In the 700 block of Crane Street, police investigated a non-offense property damage report.
Officers responded to a report of a verbal argument between a boyfriend and girlfriend in the 200 block of Bridge Street. No arrests were made.
An abandoned vehicle was tagged and ticketed in the 500 block of Fourth Street.
OCT. 2
A 59-year-old male, of Allentown, was arrested for burglary and criminal trespassing/breaking into a building in the 100 block of Walnut Street.
A male was transported to the hospital from the department, 118 Bridge St.
A person wanted by the department was picked up by Slatington police.
Officers responded to a report of a verbal argument between a boyfriend and girlfriend in the 300 block of Church Street. No arrests were made.
A bag that was found on 12th Street was returned to the owner.
OCT. 3
On Fourth Street, youth were advised to stop throwing a ball over a roadway.
In the 100 block of Bridge Street, a landlord/tenant issue brought out police to investigate.
Police responded to a report of a hazardous condition in the 100 block of Bridge Street.
Officers responded to a report of a verbal argument in the 100 block of Walnut Street.
At Salon Bliss, 429 Front St., police assisted a citizen in a civil matter.
A 38-year-old female, of Catasauqua, was cited for a dog running at large in the 400 block of Bridge Street.
Members of the department sought information from Innovative Arts Academy Charter School, 330 Howertown Road.
Officers assisted Whitehall police in the 700 block of Seventh Street.
A mountain bike was found in the 100 block of Race Street, police said.
In the 1400 block of Main Street, officers assisted North Catasauqua police with a report of a DUI offense.
OCT. 4
The department issued a protection-from-abuse order in the 200 block of North 14th Street.
Police responded to a retail theft report at Miller’s Surplus Home Center, 258 Race St. The property was returned, and a 31-year-old female, of Somerville, N.J., was arrested on a warrant.
At Whittier Place Apartments, 895 Walnut St., a juvenile was reported missing.
In the 200 block of Circle Drive, police assisted a citizen with a report of an object in the sky.
OCT. 5
Police responded to a criminal mischief report of items dropped in a chimney in the 200 block of Front Street.
A juvenile complaint was made at Innovative Arts Academy Charter School, 330 Howertown Road.
Cory Spangenberg, 45, of Catasauqua, was arrested for a robbery, with force, at Catty Mart, 547 Front St. He was also charged with threat of serious injury, terroristic threats and resisting arrest.

Police sought information for a vehicle repossession in the 100 block of Front Street.
