Kaela Bitting of Coplay graduated summa cum laude and recently received university honors with a Bachelor of Music in music education as Susquehanna University closed its 158th academic year with annual commencement exercises.

Bitting, a 2012 graduate of Parkland High School, is the daughter of Cheryl and Dwight Bitting.
