Dorothea J. Lo Presti, 84, of Northampton and formerly of Slatington, died Sept. 19, 2016, at home. She was the wife of the late Anthony F. Lo Presti.

Born in Pleasantville, N.J., she was a daughter of the late Harry B. and Laura Mae (Pharo) Ingersoll.

She was formerly a licensed practical nurse at Lower Bucks Hospital, Bristol.

She attended Assumption BVM Roman Catholic Church, Slatington.

She was a member of the Red Hat Society, Slatington chapter, and Cherryville Senior Citizens.

She is survived by seven children, Dawn M. and her husband Luis Martinez of Slatedale, Anthony J. of Austin, Texas, Steven J. of Livingston, Mont., Patrice M. Silvestrone of Livingston, Mont., Dolores B. and her husband John Moke of Jackson, N.J. David M. and his wife Carol of Hollywood, S.C., and Mary C. Banks, with whom she resided; a sister, Patricia M. and her husband Robert Capille of Egg Harbor Township, N.J.; a sister-in-law, Serena Cassel of Galloway Township, N.J.; a brother-in-law, Jerry Lo Presti of Montana; 21 grandchildren; and 29 great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by two siblings, Laura and Harry; and a son-in-law, Victor Banks.
