A parking complaint was filed with the department in the 200 block of Center Street.

Police received a complaint of a dog barking constantly in the unit block of North Fourth Street.

A vehicle stop was conducted at North Second and Chestnut streets. A warning was issued.

A motor vehicle accident, with DUI relation, occurred in the unit block of North Second Street. The male operator was arrested.
