State Police Troop M Fogelsville say a 36-year-old Fogelsville woman reported 10:42 a.m. on Sept. 17 the front passenger window of her vehicle was shot with a BB pellet around 10:13 a.m. in the 2300 block of Packhouse Road, Weisenberg Township.

Anyone with information about this incident is asked to contact state police at 610-395-1438.

A 62-year-old Columbus, Texas, man reported to police approximately $1,000 worth of tools and miscellaneous items were stolen between 2:30 p.m. Sept. 17 and 7:15 a.m. Sept. 19 from an unlocked construction trailer at 9606 Kistler Court, Weisenberg Township, say State Police Troop M Fogelsville.

State Police Troop M Fogelsville say a Germansville man reported a motorcycle helmet and jacket were stolen 12:38 a.m. Sept. 18 from a motorcycle parked in front of the Leather Corner Post, 6855 Horseshoe Road, Lowhill Township.

Jeffrey Michael Wawarzyniak, 37, of Reading, was stopped by police after they allegedly observed several traffic violations 10:57 p.m. Aug. 5 on I-78, Upper Macungie Township, say State Police Troop M Fogelsville.

Police say as a result of the stop, Wawarzyniak was arrested for driving under the influence.

A probable cause search of his vehicle was conducted after troopers allegedly smelled the odor of marijuana coming from inside.

Police allege marijuana, methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia were located inside the vehicle.

DUI and Controlled Substances, Drugs, Device and Cosmetic Act charges were filed against Wawarzyniak before District Judge Michael Faulkner, Upper Macungie.

State Police Troop M Fogelsville say Kemah Jones, 24, of Canal Winchester, Ohio, was driving a vehicle when a traffic stop was conducted 8:50 p.m. Sept. 5 on I-78, Upper Macungie.

Police allege Jones and passenger David Simmons, 20, of Columbus, Ohio, were in possession of a small amount of marijuana and paraphernalia.

Charges related to the Controlled Substances, Drugs, Device and Cosmetic Act were filed against the two before District Judge Michael Faulkner, Upper Macungie.

State Police Troop M Fogelsville say Alexander Julio Fitzgerald, 24, of North Andover, Mass., was stopped for an alleged traffic violation 3:21 a.m. Sept. 8 on I-78, Upper Macungie Township.

Police allege Fitzgerald was driving under suspicion of driving under the influence of a controlled substance and was in possession of marijuana and brass knuckles.

He was taken into custody and charges were filed with District Judge Michael Faulkner, Upper Macungie.
