Lori K. Galgon, 56, of Allentown, died Sept. 13, 2016, at the VNA Hospice House, St. Luke’s, Lower Saucon Township.

Born in Allentown, she was a daughter of the late Rudolph B. and Marie I. (Fenstermaker) Galgon.

She was a 1978 Northampton High School graduate.

She worked in the claims department of Aetna Insurance Company, Allentown.

She cared for and rescued many animals over the years.

She is survived by a daughter, Kelly M. of Allentown; a granddaughter, Marley K. Boyle; a grandson, Jackson D. Boyle; three sisters, Sandra and her husband James L. Arnett Jr. of Shippensburg, Patricia A. Betz of Whitehall Township and Jacqueline Wilson and her partner Becky Krause of Bethlehem; a brother, Marvin S. Jr. and his wife Charlene Frack of Hokendauqua; a niece, Jennifer; and two nephews, David and Thomas.
