Gloria V. Wolfer, 86, of Northampton, died Sept. 19, 2016, at Gracedale Nursing Home, Nazareth. She was the wife of the late Joseph J. Wolfer.

Born in Northampton, she was a daughter of the late John and Susan (Scott) Onuschak.

She was a 1947 Northampton High School graduate and of the Wilson School, Boston, Mass.

She was a lab technician for International Garment Workers Union Health Center, Allentown. She later was a cafeteria worker at Northampton High School.

She was a lifelong member of Queenship of Mary Church, Northampton.

She is survived by two daughters, Judith and her husband Art Brown of Kreidersville and Nancy and her husband Michael Schneider of Northampton; two sons, Joseph and his wife Robin of Colorado Springs, Colo., and John of Northampton; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; a sister, Flora Tacker; cousins; nieces; and nephews.

She was predeceased by a brother, Jerome Onuschak; and a sister, Anabel Jandrisevits.
