Beginning Sept. 11, and continuing every Sunday, LANtaBus will extend its service hours into the evening on Route 103. Two trips heading from Northampton to Allentown Transportation Center will depart Whitehall Mall 6:25 p.m. and 7:25 p.m. and Lehigh Valley Mall 6:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.

“This service addition is driven by the requests of managers and employees at retailers who are open later on Sundays,” said Owen O’Neil, LANta’s executive director. “It will also enable many to take jobs with Sunday hours, and for many, that means jobs with Sunday pay premiums,” he added.
