The Whitehall cross country team hosted Nazareth, Easton, Central, Emmaus and Northampton in a Tuesday afternoon meet.

Whitehall girls dropped a tiebreaker loss to Nazareth 28-28 and lost to Easton 15-50 but beat Northampton 23-32. The boys would lose all three of their contests.

Northampton’s Lyndsey Gallagher was first overall for the girls with a time of 20:45, just ahead of Easton’s Mackenzie Heitz who had a time of 20:48.

Whitehall had two girls in the top-15, Juanita Flores was 14th in 22:29 and Rachel Herr was 15th in 22:44.

For the boys, Del Vielving of Emmaus was first in 17:45. Whitehall’s Caleb Staub cracked the top-15 coming in 15th in 19:04
