Catasauqua: Keenagers senior group offers trip to Camp Kirkwood
The Keenagers senior group at Presbyterian Church of Catasauqua, 210 Pine St., will be traveling to visit Camp Kirkwood in a caravan of cars Sept. 21. Keenagers and guests will be touring the church camp, which is located in the Poconos.
Lunch will be provided.
There is no charge for participating.

Salem United Church of Christ, 615 Third St., will be having a flea market 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Sept. 24. Featured will be a basket raffle, food and a bake sale.

Catasauqua Fire Police’s seventh annual car show will be held at Catasauqua Park by the pool 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Sept. 24.
Music entertainment will be by Richy Smith and the Crush.
There will be food, a 50/50 raffle and door prizes.
Members of the fire police are looking for nonfood vendors for the event.

Catasauqua High School’s Class of 1966 will be having its 50th reunion Oct. 8 at Hungarian Hall, 1300 Stewart St., Northampton.
Also, the class is extending an invite to the classes of ’65 and ’67 for dancing (these classes will buy their own drinks) to The Large Flowerheads 7:30-10:30 p.m.

A blessing of the animals service will be hosted by Presbyterian Church of Catasauqua, 210 Pine St., 3 p.m. Oct. 9. The event will be held outdoors at the church, on the corner of Second and Pine streets, weather permitting.
