Earl Goldberg, 72, formerly of Northampton, died Aug. 30, 2016, at Butterworth Hospital, Grand Rapids, Mich. He was the husband of Nancy (Becker) Goldberg for 37 years.

Born in Bethlehem, he was a son of the late Earl and Emma (Gerhab) Goldberg.

He was a Hellertown Lower Saucon High School graduate.

He was in the U.S. Air Force.

He was a systems installer for TuWay Communications for several years and became a co-owner of the company.

He was a former member of Emmanuel Lutheran Church, Bath, and a current member of and an usher at Faith Presbyterian Church, Cape Coral, Florida.

He was a life member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 15010, the Moose and the NRA.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by two daughters, Lori and her husband Mark Marsh II and Tracy and her husband Richard Wheeler; two sons, David and his wife Marygrace and Dennis Green and his companion Katie Zettlemoyer; seven grandchildren, Zancheska, Dillon, Hunter, Logan, Jade, Seth and Brady; a sister, Sue Kneller; nieces; and nephews.
