There will be early dismissal Sept. 16. Elementary students will be dismissed at noon.

English as a Second Language parent night will take place in the Northwestern Elementary Library 6:30 p.m. Sept. 13.

Students need to dress appropriately for the weather so they can play outside during recess. Be sure they have a jacket or sweater. Also, make sure children they do not wear flip flops to school.

Northwestern Elementary

The first PIE meeting of the year will take place 5 p.m. Sept. 15.

Children are welcome to attend.

Open house will take place from 6-8 p.m. the same night.

Parents are invited to stop by and meet the teachers.

Weisenberg Elementary

Weisenberg’s open house will take place from 6-8 p.m. Sept. 15.

Parents are invited to stop by and meet the teachers to learn what will be expected of them throughout the school year.

Be sure to call the school between 8:30 a.m. and 9:15 a.m. if a child is going to be absent.

Make arrangements to acquire missed work home during this phone call if your child is absent for two or more days.
