Agnes R. Yandle, 95, of Emmaus, died Aug. 24, 2016, in her home. She was the wife of the late William J. Yandle who died in 2010. Born in Emmaus, she was a daughter of the late Anthony and Amelia (Szomorovsky) Tomasovic.
She was a sewing machine operator at various factories in Emmaus.
She was a member of St. Ann Catholic Church, Emmaus, the Women’s Club and the Rosary Society.
She was the last survivor of 17 children and enjoyed gardening, especially her roses.
She is survived by sons, William R. and his wife Jacqueline, Jerome A., Anthony J. and his wife Linda and James M.; daughters, Bonita Rhodes, Sheila R. and her husband Jonathan Medernach and JoAnn M. and her companion Mark Sabier; 13 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a granddaughter, Christina Pollock who died Aug. 21 and a daughter-in-law Mary who died in 2010.
