State Police Troop M Bethlehem allege Joshua Ronald Larrimore, 27, of Laurys Station, began yelling at a 20-year-old Laurys Station man and calling him names around 3:45 p.m. July 13 as the man was walking west in front of 1041 Dogwood St., North Whitehall Township.
Police say Larrimore allegedly persisted in harassing the man and pulled out a knife and told him he was going to slit the man’s throat.
According to police, the man continued on his path west on Dogwood Street as Larrimore allegedly got onto his bicycle and began following him.
Larrimore then allegedly caught up to the man, dismounted his bicycle and approached him on foot, police say.
Police allege Larrimore and the man got into a physical altercation and then went their separate ways.
Charges of making terroristic threats, simple assault and harassment were filed against Larrimore before District Judge Jake Hammond, South Whitehall.
