AUG. 22
The department received a report of a reckless ATV driver along Ironton Rail Trail.
In the unit block of South Second Street, police responded to a complaint of two individuals trespassing in a vacant home. One of the individuals was the former owner of the property along with her son. Both were arrested and charged with criminal trespassing.
A hit-and-run accident occurred in the 200 block of Chestnut Street.
A fire call sounded for a carbon monoxide alarm in the unit block of South Second Street.

In the unit block of South Sixth Street, police checked on a residence.
A cellphone was reported lost in the area of North Front Street.

Officers responded to a report of possible drugs found in the 200 block of Chestnut Street.
Police conducted a welfare check of an individual in the 100 block of Maple Street.
A disturbance was reported in the parking lot of Giant, 202 Chestnut St. A male and female were cited for disorderly conduct.
The department received a report of two people at Coplay Parkway after hours. Both were informed of the park hours and left without incident.
A parking complaint was made in the area of Third and Center streets.

In the parking lot of Giant, 202 Chestnut St., a hit-and-run accident brought police to the scene.

Officers responded to a neighbor problem in the unit block of North Fourth Street.

Police conducted a welfare check in the unit block of North Eighth Street.
An abandoned vehicle was reported in the 300 block of Margaret Drive.
In the 200 block of Center Street, a parking complaint was made to police.
A report was made of eggs thrown at three vehicles overnight in the 100 block of Cherry Street.
In the 100 block of Cherry Street, damage to a vehicle was reported to police.
A driver’s license was found at Coplay Parkway; the license was returned to the owner.

A report of an intoxicated male in the 100 block of North Front Street brought out police to investigate.

In the 100 block of Maple Street, a parking complaint was made to the department.

Officers assisted an individual with a civil matter in the unit block of South Fourth Street.
A suspicious vehicle was reported in the 100 block of North Eighth Street.
