Penn College

Michael F. Fedele II of Orefield recently completed all requirements to graduate at Penn College of Technology Summer Commencement ceremony Aug. 6 at the Community Arts Center, Williamsport.

Fedele graduated with an Associate of Applied Science degree in emergency medical services.
