Assumption BVM Church, Northampton, will host its annual family picnic at Egypt Memorial Park noon-7 p.m. Sept. 11, following an outdoor Mass 11 a.m. at the park.

The public is invited.

Musical entertainment includes a deejay, 1-3 p.m., and The Pennsylvania Villagers Band, 3-7 p.m.

There will be ethnic foods, baked goods, games and a raffle.
