AUG. 7

At Catasauqua Pool and Playground, 501 American St., loud music was turned down upon request.

An unwanted person in the 200 block of Bridge Street was reported to police. An argument between a boyfriend and girlfriend had occurred.

A parking complaint was made to the department in the 500 block of American Street.

AUG. 8

In the 300 block of Bridge Street, a report of sheet metal stolen was filed with the department.

Police responded to a verbal argument between a mother and son in the 100 block of Front Street.

Officers conducted a citizen assist in the 100 block of Walnut Street for problems between an ex-girlfriend and ex-boyfriend.

Criminal mischief was reported to police in the 500 block of Church Street. A volleyball hit a home.

In the 600 block of Howertown Road, members of the department responded to a child custody dispute.

In the 300 block of Mulberry Street, officers assisted Barnegat Police Department.

AUG. 9

Police assisted Northampton police for a homicide report in the 2300 block of Main Street.

In the 400 block of Second Street, police responded to a civil matter.

In the 500 block of Bath Avenue, an animal complaint was made to police.

A report of harassing phone calls received in the 300 block of Church Street was filed with the department.

On Stonewood Place, a verbal argument between roommates brought out police.

A suspicious person was reported in the 100 block of Canal Street. Two males were sitting in a vehicle.

In the 300 block of Howertown Road, a fraudulent loan was reported to the department.

At Force 1, in the 400 block of Wood Street, abandoned vehicles were reported to police.

In the 100 block of Walnut Street, a report of harassing phone calls was filed with the department.

Police responded to a dispute over medication in the 700 block of Second Street.

AUG. 10

In the 100 block of Wood Street, officers sought vehicle repossession information.

On Second Street, a tractor trailer damaged a fire hydrant. Police responded.

Landlord/tenant issues brought out police to investigate in the 400 block of Second Street.

In the 100 block of Second Street, a vehicle was damaged by roofing contractors, police said.

AUG. 11

A reportable motor vehicle accident took place on Fourth Street.

A disturbance reported on Second Street brought no arrests, the department said. The group was asked to leave the area.

Police assisted Whitehall officers for a domestic disturbance in the 2300 block of North First Avenue.

AUG. 12

At Whittier Place Apartments, 895 Walnut St., a vehicle was scratched. Police responded to the criminal mischief report.

Officers investigated a hit-and-run motor vehicle accident on Front Street. Three vehicles were involved.

In the 400 block of Second Street, parked vehicles were damaged, the department reported.

A disturbance was reported in the 500 block of Fourth Street. Police responded to the landlord/tenant issue.

A suspicious person on a bicycle on Front Street was reported.

In the 500 block of Fourth Street, an animal complaint was made to police.

A male sitting on a porch in the 200 block of Second Street was reported for suspicious reasons.

Police assisted a motorist with a disabled vehicle in the 100 block of Lehigh Street.

In the 700 block of Front Street, bicycle tires were reported stolen to police.

Littering in the 500 block of Church Street was reported to the department.

A noise complaint was made in the 900 block of Bridge Court. The homeowner turned down the music.

AUG. 14

At Catasauqua Park and Playground, 501 American St., a noise complaint was made to police.

A purse was reported stolen from a vehicle at Catasauqua Park and Playground, 501 American St.

A camera that was found at Catasauqua Park and Playground, 501 American St., was returned to the owner.

Parking tickets were issued at Catasauqua Park and Playground, 501 American St.

AUG. 15

In the 100 block of Canal Street, a vehicle was damaged. Police responded to the criminal mischief report.

A missing juvenile was located in the 200 block of Second Street, the department said.

Officers spoke with an owner for a dog outside in the 200 block of Howertown Road.

In the 100 block of Canal Street, police sought vehicle repossession information.

At Mike’s Auto Service, 501 Front St., inspection stickers were reported stolen.

AUG. 16

In the 200 block of North 14th Street, eight 18 year olds were cited for underage drinking.

Police assisted Colonial Regional Police Department at CVS, 3605 Airport Road.

A reportable motor vehicle accident occurred on Fourth Street, police said.

On Lehigh Street, officers responded to a reportable motor vehicle accident. Two vehicles were involved.

AUG. 17

In the 100 block of Front Street, a package was reported stolen.

At Silver Manor, 2 Front St., officers responded to a report of a dispute between a boyfriend and girlfriend.

In the 200 block of Wood Street, accidental, non-offense damage to a truck occurred.

Police were asked to check on the welfare of a homeless woman sleeping on a sidewalk near Sunnyside Coin Laundry, 413 Front St.

A stolen bicycle from a fence on Front Street was reported to police.

In the 200 block of Second Street, officers responded to a harassment issue. Those involved were advised to see the magistrate.

AUG. 18

In the 1000 block of Second Street, officers assisted North Catasauqua police for a search.

Damage to a porch was reported to the department in the 300 block of Peach Street.

AUG. 19

In the 900 block of Church Street, police were asked to check on the welfare of an elderly female. The situation was referred to the department of aging.

An unwanted person was reported at the art gallery and museum at 8 Race St. Police asked the homeless man to leave.

A complaint of an out-of-control juvenile was made to police in the 600 block of Walnut Street.

In the 200 block of Church Street, a problem with a neighbor was made to police.

Cleanup was requested in the 500 block of Church Street for an animal complaint.

A disturbance in the 400 block of Prospect Street is under investigation, the department reported.

In the 100 block of Front Street, traffic signs were requested.

An animal complaint was made at Catasauqua Park and Playground, 501 American St. Dogs were in the park; the owners were warned and left with the dogs.

Officers assisted state police for criminal mischief in the 400 block of Race Street.

AUG. 21

In the 800 block of Church Street, a runaway returned home, police said.

In the 200 block of Limestone Street, a harassment dispute occurred between an ex-boyfriend and ex-girlfriend.

Suspicious persons were reported in the 500 block of Wood Street.

A Craigslist theft was reported in the 400 block of Race Street.

On Lehigh Street, a hazardous roadway condition was reported to the department. State police was notified.

On Cambridge Place, a civil matter regarding property brought out police to the scene.
