Michael Frederick Fedele II of Orefield a emergency medical services major was presented a Paramedic Humanitarian Award at the Pennsylvania College of Technology’s summer commencement ceremony Aug. 6 at the Community Arts Center, Williamsport.

The Paramedic Humanitarian Award is presented to the graduate of the paramedic program who has best demonstrated the traits and behaviors of a humanitarian, as determined by a vote of staff, faculty and preceptors.
