State Police Troop M Bethlehem say David Andrew McClelland reported his backpack was removed from his unlocked vehicle sometime between 11:05-11:35 p.m. Aug. 13 at 2251 Briarwood Dr., North Whitehall Township.

Police say the backpack contained his wallet and work-related paperwork.
