JULY 25
The department received a report of a stop sign and branches in the roadway at the intersection of North Sixth and Coplay streets.
A mattress was reported in the roadway in the unit block of South Front Street.

Police checked on the welfare of a male reportedly sitting on the railing of the Coplay-Northampton Bridge.
A garage door that had been open for two days at a residence in the 900 block of Center Street was reported to police.
An injured cat was reported to police in the 100 block of South 10th Street.
Officers checked on the welfare of a resident in the 100 block of South Second Street.

Police assisted a resident with a parking issue in the unit block of North Third Street.
A landlord-tenant dispute occurred in the unit block of North Third Street.
In the 100 block of North Front Street, officers found an open basement door.
In the 900 block of Oak Street, an abandoned vehicle was reported.
Parking complaint was filed with the department in the 300 block of Margaret Drive.

A domestic dispute occurred in the unit block of North Second Street, the department said.
Police responded to a neighbor dispute in the unit block of North Second Street.
A complaint of garbage in the parking lot of St. Peter Roman Catholic Church, 4 S. Fifth St., was made to police.
Members of the department assisted Whitehall police at Sheetz, 5001 MacArthur Road, for a female acting suspicious.

A lawn mower was found on a resident’s property in the unit block of North Seventh Street.
A security check was conducted in the unit block of North Second Street.
Police checked on a vehicle in the 100 block of Hall Alley.
In the 1100 block of Chestnut Street, a complaint was filed about a male asking for money for gas.
The department received a parking complaint for a boat and trailer parked too close to the intersection at Poplar and North Ruch streets.
A complaint was made to police for a vehicle blocking a driveway in the 400 block of Schreiber Avenue.

In the area of North Third and Chestnut streets, police were asked to check on a male on a bike.
Police conducted a welfare check in the unit block of South Second Street.
A hit-and-run accident involving a parked vehicle in the 200 block of Coplay Street was reported.
Officers assisted a citizen with a traffic question in the unit block of South Fourth Street.
