Concerned about West Nile Virus and other mosquito-related diseases? Louise Bugbee, from Penn State Lehigh Valley Extension Office, will discuss various mosquito control methods at the Aug. 3 meeting of Catasauqua Garden Club.

The meeting is scheduled for 1 p.m. at Slovak Center Social Club, 1233 Fifth St., North Catasauqua.

Members with horticulture and/or artistic design entries are asked to set up early.

Garden-friendly visitors are welcome to share in the hospitality and learning opportunities.
