Ryan Noon is an mechanical engineering major at Western New England University but in his free time he is the co-founder and CTO of AnyCafe a new start-up venture featuring the Travel Brewer which allows “brewing of your favorite teas, coffee blends, or other specialty hot drinks Anytime, Anywhere,” according to the website.

AnyCafe co-founders Logan Carlson, Chris Urciulli, Ryan Noon, and Evan Choquette, all Western New England University students, took home second place honors in the Best Exhibitors category for their start-up business at the 2016 Grinspoon Entrepreneurship Initiative Awards Banquet recently at the Log Cabin in Holyoke, Mass.

Judges identified nine winning teams as Best Exhibitors.

These teams were selected from a pool of 56 unique companies during the trade-show portion of the evening, which featured the 2016 Grinspoon Entrepreneurial Spirit Award winners.

The event featured students representative from each of the 14 local colleges with over 450 faculty, students, and community leaders from western Massachusetts in attendance.
