Stephen M. Petrakovich Jr., 75, of Breinigsville, formerly of Allentown, died July 15, 2016, in his home.
He and his wife Carol L. (Bachman) Petrakovich were married 45 years on May 22.
The first-born infant in Allentown on Jan. 1, 1941, he was a son of Stephen M. Sr. and Beatrice E. (Liebenguth) Petrakovich.
He faithfully and honorably served his country in the U.S. Army during a peacetime era.
He retired from Air Products and Chemicals, Trexlertown, as mailroom supervisor after 21 years of service.
Prior to that, he was employed at the former Lehigh Typesetting Service, Allentown, for 15 years.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by a daughter Lisa A., wife of Angel L. Figueroa, of Allentown; son Douglas P. Petrakovich and his companion, Shelly K. Ranellone of Wernersville; grandchildren Jace and Stephanie; and great-grandchildren Lilliana and Isabella.
He was predeceased by sisters Gladys Clauser and Madeline Seip.
His memorial service will be 11 a.m. July 23 in Heintzelman Funeral Home Inc., 4906 Route 309, Schnecksville, with the Rev. David L. Hess officiating.
Family and friends may pay their respects 10-11 a.m. Saturday in the funeral home. Interment will be private.
