Henry J. Kohler, 91, formerly of Lynn Township, died July 8, 2016, in Lehigh Commons, Macungie.

He and his wife Erna A. (Hamm) Kohler were married 66 years in March.

Born in Greenwich Township, he was a son of the late John and Eva (Fetherolf) Kohler.

He was a dairy farmer in Lynn Township for most of his life and was also a substitute mail carrier in the Kutztown and Kempton areas.

He was member of the Pennsylvania Farmers Association and Friedens Lutheran Church, Stony Run.

He honorably served his country in the U.S. Navy during WWII.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by sons Michael H. and wife, Debbie, of Coopersburg and Jeffrey M. and wife, Karin, of Martinsville, Va.; brother Luther; grandchildren Rachel, Emily, Abigail, Jacob, Joshua and Daniel and his wife, Tina; and great-grandchildren Marshall and Wilson.

He was predeceased by a son Steven P.
