Grace E. Mealey, 89, of Whitehall, died on July 15, 2016.

Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late William J. and Ruth M. (Knittle) Mealey.

A member of St. Matthew’s Evangelical Congregational Church, Emmaus, she recently had been active in the Fellowship Community music programs and worship services.

She was an active member of the American Guild of Organists, Music Teachers Association and the National Guild of Piano Teachers.

She was a church organist for more than 65 years and taught piano and organ to over 1,000 pupils.

Her survivors include a brother Terry and his wife Gail; sister Kathleen Boyle; nieces and nephews, Gary Bastian, Tammy McBride, Kimberly Boyle, Terry Boyle; great-nieces; and nephews, Justin and Jason McBride and Colin and Caitlin Boyle; dear friend and caretaker Ruth Guldner.

She was predeceased by sisters Louise and Jeanette.
