HU-MID-I-TEE

This summer steam beckons me

to air conditioned sanctity

or frequent pool activity

Percentage wise, I don’t recall

these liquid climes for so long at all

Great drops of sweat make moist my clothes

While working, I feel

on overload

To gain relief from summer sauna

we have to find a way

So choose your method

Do your best

to ward off heat

And this dreaded, incessant HU-MID-I-TEE
