Harold E. Shoemaker Jr. 64, of Allentown, died June 29, 2016 at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township.

He and his wife Sharon K. (Dell) Shoemaker were married 42 years last Sept. 15.

Born Aug.24, 1951, in Allentown, he was the son of Alice M. (Broadbent) Shoemaker of Allentown and the late Harold E. Shoemaker Sr.

He owned and operated the former Shoemaker Jeep Inc., South Whitehall Township, for the last 28 years

He was a member of Morgenland Church, Orefield, where he formerly served as president of the consistory.

He was a member of Jordan Lodge 673, F.&A.M.

In addition to his loving wife and mother, he is survived by a daughter Michelle L. Lynn and her husband, Jeffrey, of Allentown; granddaughter Bianca N. Lynn of Allentown; siblings Bryan J. and his wife, Toni, of Nazareth, Patricia A. Lewis of Breinigsville, Suellen J. Fleming and her husband, Bradley, of Hellertown; several nieces and nephews.
