Charle-Lene (Piotrowski) Schrantz, 47, of Slatington, formerly of Allentown, died on July 4, 2016, in the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.
A kind soul with a bright smile and contagious laugh, she and her daughter, Raven, shared the same sense of humor.
A certified ophthalmic technician, she was a clinical manager for 23 years at Lehigh Valley Center for Sight.
She loved her daughter beyond words and this was evident by the amount of time they spent together laughing, shopping, watching TV, working together and the many road trips to the races.
She supported her daughter’s racing career as a legend and late model race car driver where she was a mother figure to Raven’s friends and always kind to the racing competitors.
In addition to her daughter, Raven Teresa Schrantz of Slatington, she is survived by her mother, Janice Dunkling, and stepdad, Walter, of Auburn; sister Cari-Lynn Piotrowski of Breinigsville; caring boyfriend, Edward Berger of Slatington;
She was predeceased by her grandparents, Anthony and Teresa Timar, and sister Charle-Lana (Piotrowski) Stephens.
