Carl G. Snyder, 95, formerly of Breinigsville, died July 8, 2016, in The Lutheran Home at Topton.

He and his wife Arlene M. (Hamm) Snyder were married 73 years.

Born in Germansville, he was a son of the late Clarence and Laura (Heilman) Snyder.

He farmed in Upper Macungie, worked for Odenheimer Water Systems and was a welder for PennDOT before retiring.

He was a member of and served on the consistory of Ziegels United Church of Christ, Breinigsville, and was a member of the Fogelsville and Trexlertown fire companies and Fogelsville Senior Citizens.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by a son Roger C. and wife, Lori; daughters Sandra A., wife of Lee Mengel, and Nancy J., wife of Larry Geiger; seven grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
