Arlene Mae Sholl, 96, formerly of Emmaus, died June 29, 2016, in Country Meadows of Allentown. She was the wife of the late Boyd W. Sholl. Born in Emmaus, she was the daughter of the late Harold D. and Florence V. (Schmoyer) Hoffman.

She worked as a secretary for Mack Trucks for 31 years, retiring in 1977.

She was a member of Jerusalem Western Salisbury Church and Mack Truck Retirees.

She is survived by sons, Gary L., of Sheboygan Falls, Wis. and Dennis W. and his wife Jill, of Jamestown, N.C.; three grandchildren and one step-grandchild, Amanda.
