As we are into the thick of the summer, remember to check on your elderly friends and neighbors to make sure they are drinking plenty of water and staying cool.
And don’t forget about your pets! Do not leave your pets outside in the heat and humidity; instead, give them cool shelter inside and make sure they have fresh water to drink.
You also may want to think about exercising in the early morning or the evening to avoid the sweltering heat. This will be much more enjoyable and safe!
