Bethany Church, 429 Walnut St., will be holding Vacation Bible School 6-9 p.m. July 15, 9 a.m.-noon July 16 and 9 a.m.-noon July 17. The program, Deep Sea Discovery, is for children from 3 years of age through fifth grade.

Catasauqua’s pool hours are noon-7 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and noon-8 p.m. Friday and Saturday.

Pool passes can be purchased at the pool box office or the YMCA in Catasauqua. Please note: Proof of residency is required to get the discount.

There are new programs and lessons being held at the pool this summer, such as Mommy, Daddy and Me swim classes, preschool and youth afternoon/evening swim lessons, water aerobics and birthday parties.
