State Police Troop M Bethlehem allege Chad Richard Kemmerer, 19, of Whitehall, possessed an illegal drug and related paraphernalia around 4 p.m. May 24 at the intersection of Route 145 and Rising Sun Road, North Whitehall Township.

State Police Troop M Bethlehem say Eugene S. Jasin of Sellersville reported 13 windows were shot out sometime between April 25 and June 2 at a home under construction in the 5400 block of Brook Hill Road, North Whitehall Township.
