Lehigh Valley Zoo, 5150 Game Preserve Road, Schnecksville, is offering a wild beginnings toddler program 9:30-11 a.m. June 13 for kids ages 18 months to 3 years.

Through interactive activities and nature play, children will be exposed to toddler development milestones.

The youngsters will meet ambassador animals, reflect in nature and be inspired to create nature play in their own backyard.

One adult is admitted free with each paying child.

Morgenland Church, 3120 Weidasville Road, Orefield, will have its annual church picnic 4-9 p.m. June 25 with the Main Street Cruisers performing.

There will also be games, a cake walk and door and band prizes.

Turkey and ham barbecue, hamburgers, cheeseburgers, hot dogs, french fries, homemade desserts, ice cream, soft drinks, coffee and candy will be available to purchase.
