State Police Troop M Bethlehem allege Chaz Francis Buzinski, 29, of Allentown, removed 15 cans of Similac baby formula 11:35 a.m. on March 21 from Weis Market, 5020 Route 873, North Whitehall Township,

Police allege he left the store without paying for the formula.

Buzinski allegedly fled in a black Chevrolet Trailblazer with no registration plate displayed, police say.

Buzinski was identified and taken into custody March 26 in North Whitehall Township.

Police say at the time of his arrest, Buzinski was allegedly in possession of various controlled substances.

Charges against Buzinski were filed with District Judge Jake Hammond on May 1 for retail theft, receiving stolen property, and possession of controlled substances and drug paraphernalia.
