Mildred M. Dietrich, 95, formerly of Kempton, died May 12, 2016, in Luther Crest Senior Living Community, South Whitehall. Her husband Norman L. Dietrich died in 1992.

Born in Albany Township, she was a daughter of the late Amandus and Ella (Lauchnor) Bachman.

She was a 1938 graduate of Slatington High School and the former Allentown Business College.

She assisted in the family business, Bachman’s Garage, Kempton.

A member of Friedens Lutheran Church, Stony Run, she a life member of the Order of Eastern Star, East Penn Chapter 336, Kutztown.

Her survivors include a son Daniel N. and his wife, Ann L. (Herman) Dietrich of Kempton; daughters Louise A., wife of James P. Rutledge of Exton, and Kathleen Groessbrink of Verona, N.J.; grandchildren Michael, Jeffrey, David and Maria Dietrich; Matthew and Kathleen Rutledge; Joshua Groessbrink; and three great-grandchildren.
