Camp Rhythmo is currently taking enrollments for its musical theater workshops.

Disney’s “Aladdin” is a one-week workshop for students in grade 1-8 that takes place 9 a.m.-1 p.m. July 18-22 with a performance July 22.

A two-week program will take place 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Aug. 1-12, enrolling kindergarten through sixth-grade students.

From 9 a.m.-noon Aug. 1-5, enroll your preschool child age 3-5 in the junior program, “Dancing Through the Fairy Tales.”

On May 15, family and friends of Joyce Burda helped celebrate her 90th birthday. She has been a resident of Hokendauqua all her life.

The memorable event took place at Paulie’s Family Restaurant, Coplay.

From 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. June 21 at Whitehall Bible Fellowship Church, 3300 Seventh St., there will be a Whitehall-Coplay Hunger Initiative free community meal.

The meal is guaranteed for the first 100 guests.
