The Allentown Band will be joined by 50 of the region’s top high school musicians in a side by side concert 7:30 p.m. May 22 inSchaeffer auditorium at Kutztown University, Kutztown.

This program will feature original compositions and arrangements of internationally acclaimed Johan de Meij, who will serve as guest conductor.

Mezzo soprano Patricia Risley and the Bel Canto Children’s Chorus of the Bach Choir of Bethlehem will join them for Johan de Meij’s Symphony No. 4 “Symphony of Songs.”
