Sally Sordon West, 67, died peacefully May 2, 2016, in her home in Emmaus. She was the beloved wife of Malcom West. Born in Clark Summit, she was the daughter of the late Wilbur and Dorothy (Shaw) Sordon.
She was a dedicated educator in the Allentown School District and her career included teaching, administration and fundraising. She touched and improved the lives of students, mentored other teachers and was a source of inspiration for all.
She is survived by her husband; children, Tinsley and Malcolm Jr.; grandchildren, Carter and Thomas; sisters, Barbara, Carol and Susan; brother, Louis; son-in-law, Michael; daughter-in-law, Jill; numerous cousins; nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a sister, Ruth.
