Dale A. Dams, 76, of Emmaus, died peacefully in his sleep May 1, 2016. He was the husband of Bonnie (Zietlow) Dams. Born in Holland, Mich., he was the son of Charles Dams and Sarah (Mulder) Dams.

He was a constant fixture as a coach and fan at his sons’ sporting events in Emmaus over the years. He enjoyed nothing more than spending the day with his family, on his boat, fishing and water skiing.

His friends will remember his quick wit, generosity and knack for capturing the moment with his crazy expressions.

He is survived by his wife; sons, Scott, Eric and David; granddaughter, Charlotte; daughter-in-laws, Michelle (Rice) and Sarah (Hickey); sister, Nelva and brother Carl.

Services are private. Arrangements were made by the Bachman, Kulik & Reinsmith Funeral Homes, Emmaus.
