Clark F. Apgar, 90, of Emmaus, died April 27, 2016, at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township. He was the husband of the late Mary G. (Tobin) Apgar. Born in Emmaus, he was the son of the late Clyde W. and Lillie E. (Schuler) Apgar.
He was a Naval veteran serving during World War II and the Korean War.
He was a member of St. John’s United Church of Christ, Emmaus.
He was a graduate of Moravian College, Class of 1949 and Emmaus High School, Class of 1943.
He was the former president and owner of Apgar Oil Co. in Allentown until retiring and turning the family business over to this children.
He is survived by a daughter, Jane and her husband, Stephen Domitrowits; son, James and his wife, Andrea; grandchildren, Jan and her husband Michael Curtis, Scott Domitrowits and Lauren and Jamie Apgar; great-granddaughter, Reese Curtis.
