William “Bongo Billy” Zaboy, 63, of Kempton, died peacefully April 24, 2016, with his family at his side in Lehigh Valley Hospital.

Born in Allentown, he was a son of Mary (Cunningham) and the late Mieczyslaw Zaboy.

A graduate of William Allen High School, he enjoyed a long career as a mechanical engineer at Air Products and Chemicals, as well as being a well-known drummer in the area.

He is survived by his former wife Cynthia; daughter Camille of Chicago and son Ben; brothers Paul, Michael and Neil; sister Mariellen; grandson Jack Zaboy; sister-in-law Mary Boyle; and many nieces, nephews and loved ones.

He was predeceased by his brother, Matthew, and his beloved aunt, Catherine Cunningham.
