SALISBURY POLICE
Thomas Kaminski, 53, of Quakertown, was charged with unsworn falsification to authorities and operating an unregistered vehicle after a traffic stop 5 p.m. April 9 in the 3000 block of South Pike Avenue. Kaminski allegedly gave the name of Richard Kaminski after being stopped. Police determined there were outstanding warrants for Thomas Kaminski. He was taken to Central Booking.
An unknown actor attempted to open the door of a home in the 1000 block of Newgate Drive 1:27 a.m. April 10. After calling police, the resident saw the unknown actor run away.
An unknown actor broke two panes of glass in the back door of a home in the 1300 block of Marlow Street 6:31 p.m. April 10. Nothing was missing from the home.
Michelle Miranda, 43, of Allentown, was charged with alleged possession of a controlled substance, possession of a small amount of marijuana and driving while under suspension following a traffic stop on East Susquehanna Street and Halstead Street 11:50 p.m. April 11. She was taken to Central Booking for processing.
Drugs resembling heroin were found on a shelf at Daisy Hill Market, 1848 E. Susquehanna St., 2:30 p.m. April 12.
A resident in the 3500 block of Pleasant Avenue reported 8:23 p.m. April 11 receiving a credit card he did not apply for. No charges had been made to the card.
An unknown actor made purchases totalling $990 on a resident’s People’s First Federal Credit Union Visa in South Carolina. The incident was reported 3:45 p.m. April 12.
A Salisbury Hills Drive street sign was reported missing 11:02 p.m. April 12 by a resident along Salisbury Hills Drive.
A police officer using a license plate reader in the 3000 block of South Pike Avenue 4:17 p.m. April 13, detected a stolen vehicle. The driver and the vehicle were turned over to the auto theft task force.
A window was smashed in the back of a property in the 700 block of South 24th Street 4:15 p.m. April 14. The sliding door was open and an unknown actor removed two 32-inch televisions and collector coins. The investigation continues.
An unknown actor removed speakers, a bottle of anxiety medication and a Nintendo Game Boy from a vehicle parked in the lower level of the Lehigh Valley Health Network - Cedar Crest, 1200 S. Cedar Crest Blvd. The theft was reported 3:20 p.m. April 14.
