Coplay Public Library: Book, bake sale is a success
A big thank you to everyone who stopped by during our recent book and bake sale. Together with our raffle baskets and 50/50 raffle, we were able to raise funds to help with library expenses.
With your continued support for us and our events, there is no telling how far we can go!

April is almost over, but there’s still time to drop by and check out our April trivia display - fascinating facts and events at your fingertips!

Our Scrabble night will be 5-7 p.m. April 25. Our experts want you to bring your A game!

The library will be offering free blood pressure screenings to the public 1-3 p.m. May 11. Our friends from Cetronia Ambulance Corps will be on hand to assist you.
Please plan on dropping in, as your health is important to us.

We will be having a basket social 4-7 p.m. May 14 during St. Peter’s Roman Catholic Church’s chicken or ham dinner. We are so grateful to our friends at the church for allowing us to participate in their events.
If you would like to preview our baskets or pre-order tickets, come by the library starting May 9. Advance tickets are $2 cheaper than at the door.
If anyone would like to donate gifts for a basket, please drop them off at the library.

Any teenager who would like to join our volunteer group to help with our summer reading program should stop by the library for an application.

As reminders, storytimes with Miss Jo are held 11 a.m. Thursdays: April 21 and 28 and May 5. All ages are welcome, and no preregistration is necessary.
Adult coloring sessions are held noon-3 p.m. Saturdays. It’s the latest fad that is sweeping the country and is a great way to reduce your stress level!

Our spring book sale may be over, but we will be having another one in October. We accept donations year round for items for our sales.
We cannot accept VHS tapes, encyclopedias or textbooks, but puzzles, books and DVDs are always welcome.
Remember, your donations are tax deductible, and we send out thank you letters as a receipt. If you have donations, you may drop them off at the library during business hours: 10 a.m.-7 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
