Carl W. Dorsey, 74, formerly of Upper Macungie Township, died April 8, 2016, in Saucon Valley Manor, Hellertown.
He was the husband of the late Barbara A. (Wetzel) Dorsey and the companion of Helen Bower of Topton.
Born in Cumberland, Md., he was the son of the late George William Dorsey and Bertha Ellen (Rounds) Dorsey Saylor.
For more than 39 years, he was a truck driver for Eastern Industry before retiring in 2004.
He was a member of Cedar Lutheran Church, Cetronia.
He was a member of Old Time Plowboys and a former member of the Mountaineers, East Penn Jeep Club and Berwick Trail Blazers.
His survivors include a son Duane and his wife, Meegan, of Coopersburg; daughter, Denise Fetherolf and her husband, Bobby, of Fogelsville; and five grandchildren Hunter, Hanna, Austin, Ryan and Kendall.
His services will be 11 a.m. April 15 at Cedar Lutheran Church, 3419 Broadway, South Whitehall.
Calling will begin 10 a.m. Friday at the church and 7-8:30 p.m. Thursday at Trexler Funeral Home, 1625 W. Highland St., Allentown.
Contributions may be made to the church or to the American Diabetes Association, c/o the funeral home.
