Barbara A. Hummel, 68, of Macungie, died April 4, 2016, at St. Luke’s Hospice. Born in Macungie, she was the daughter of the late Alfred and Dolores (Carlin) Yost.

She was an occupational therapist at Manor-Care for many years.

She enjoyed spending time with her granddogs, traveling, puzzles such as Cryptoquote from the newspaper and crafts.

She is survived by daughters, Jody A., wife of Leif Ayers, of Port Crane, N.Y., Jessica M., wife of Brad Millman, of Macungie and Jocelyn C. Harriott, of Catasauqua.

Services are private. Arrangements were made by the Schmoyer Funeral Home, Breinigsville.
