Matthew A. Bayout, 24, of Allentown, died on March 26, 2016.

Born in Allentown, he was the son of James D. of Fleetwood and Nancy (Eulitt) Spence of Fogelsville.

A graduate of Oley Valley High School, he attended Reading Area Community College.

He was a production operator for Nestle Waters, Breinigsville.

In addition to his father, James Bayout, and wife, Deb; and mother, Nancy, and husband Edward Spence; he is survived by his maternal grandmother Gene-Hope Johnson of Macungie; brothers Lee Bayout of Fleetwood, Marc Bayout and his wife, Caitlin, with whom he resided; sister Vanessa Goepfert of Coaldale; grandmother Kay Guistiniani of New York; and stepbrothers Christopher Spence and wife, Kristen, of Allentown, and Alex Kunitsky of Boyertown.
