Lehigh Gap Nature Center, Slatington, will be hosting the following events in April.

· A bird walk will be held 7:30 a.m. April 9.

All are welcome to participate.

Binoculars will be available for anyone who needs a pair.

·Greg Czarnecki, director of the Pennsylvania Natural Heritage Program will discuss “Climate Change and Penn’s Woods: What might the future hold?” as part of a speaker series 3 p.m. April 10.

·Perspectives: What Does Lehigh Gap Nature Center Mean to the Community will be offered at 7 p.m. April 14.

The evening will begin with a time to gather and socialize at 6:15 p.m. with refreshments including some home-crafted wine to sample and live music provided by Free Range Folk.
